Job: Telephone Sales Representative

Sears Marketing Center is a premier, professional call center with a reputation for driving results. Qualified candidates will contact our valued customers for the purpose of educating them on the benefits of investing or renewing their Protection Agreements on their Sears products.

We are seeking sales call agents who are motivated by the idea of making money. Previous sales experience is required. In return for your skills, desire and dedication, you will be paid a great hourly wage of $10.50 per hour plus monthly commission based on your performance. Full Time and Part Time shifts are available.

High School diploma or equivalent

Background in sales or previous success in a Telemarketing organization

Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English instructions well; complete internal documentation; present information to and communicate with customers and associates.

Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure.

Must be able to apply reasoning and comprehension to carry out simple written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations; occasionally interpret and adapt to customer’s needs, find solutions that are outside of the standardized situations.

Must be able to perceptive and demonstrates good intuition; actively listens to customer; assertive, self-motivated and possesses drive

Frequent sitting, some standing and walking, bending and reaching as necessary.

Frequent use of fingers/hands to manipulate computer and telephone equipment.

Communicates with customers and co-workers and wears telephone headset continuously.
