Florida's Vocational Rehabilitation program is a statewide agency committed to assisting individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of meaningful careers as an integral part of the workforce. VR provides resources to assist employers with hiring and keeping employees with disabilities.
Our Vision
FLJobConnections envisions a supportive partnership between Florida businesses and Vocational Rehabilitation in order to enable the employer to access our 'Ready For Work' client database.

To provide an avenue for businesses to connect with qualified applicants with disabilities
To provide employers the services, if needed, to incorporate people with disabilities into their company
