Description:
Perform function to plan organize, and implement substance abuse prevention education and training programs that are developmentally and culturally appropriate for population being served.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field. Experience can be in lieu of degree. Requires at least two years experience in teaching or training, substance abuse education, program development, case management, youth and family services.
