Job: Engineer

We are currently seeking Engineers to join our team!!!!

Job Details:

Understand policies, procedures, technical manuals and other material pertaining to the process and make decisions when appropriate.

Ensure accuracy of all employees. Coordinate operation of complex oil/ feed processing environment.

Assist in developing productivity improvement.

Assist in developing and preparing production methods and processes, research and implement enhancements and assist with the training of employees to ensure efficient and effective production of the organization's line of products.

Assist in evaluating, recommending and implementing changes to materials, equipment, tooling, products and processes.

Ensuring that operations are safe and effective.

Coordinate methods changes with engineering, production, procurement and other units of the organization.

Assist in resolving unusual process or operating problems.

Assist in monitoring the production processes to detect opportunities for process enhancement or cost reduction.

Produce a quality product.

Identify and correct quality problems.

Conduct physical inspection of equipment and process system components.

Implement new technology when appropriate.

Education Requirements:

Minimum level of formal education that is required to perform this job satisfactorily.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

No exp needed

Associates Degree in Engineering

Must have supervisory exp.

Degree in anything other than Engineering, Must have supervisory exp.

Must be available for any shift and overtime as needed, maybe 7 days week.
