Established in 1957, we are one of the largest and most successful media-marketing firms in the nation with over thirty different offices in fifteen different states. We work with various Fortune 500 companies providing their existing and pre-qualified customer the opportunity to preview or purchase new products or services that are available. Unlike other call centers, we do NOT do any cold calling and because of this, customer service skills are of great importance. We have a very flexible schedule. The AM shift runs from 9am-3pm, the PM shift runs from 4-10pm Monday through Friday and there is a Saturday shift that they share which runs from 9am-4pm. One of the nice things about DialAmerica is the most of our managers started out as sales representatives. We definitely promote from within and provide opportunity to any individual with strong sales ability, some experience, a high level of motivation, and professionalism.
